Privacy notice
This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and who we share it with.
Draft pending approval: this text is being reviewed by the company and is not a final policy yet.
What we collect
The site needs no account, and we only collect what you type yourself:
- In the trip request form: your full name, phone number (WhatsApp), e-mail (optional), nationality (to set the price), preferred contact time and notes.
- And your trip details: trip type, route, dates, travellers, cabin, the extra services you pick, and your preferred airline and approximate budget if you enter them.
- In the AI assistant: the messages you write to it.
- In the “Write to us directly” box: your message, which is prepared in your browser to open in WhatsApp and never reaches the website's servers.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a suitable quote; the reservations team contacts you about your request, as the request form says before you send it. We do not use your data for any other purpose on this website, and never for advertising.
[Legal basis for processing: to be set by the owner]
Who receives it
Your data reaches only these recipients:
- The company's reservations team, through WhatsApp: the message is prepared in your browser and is sent only when you press Send inside WhatsApp. The chat there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- An internal copy of the full request, sent to the company's own request channel when you press the send button on the site, if that channel is switched on: [who receives this copy and where it is kept: to be set by the owner].
- An AI service provider, only if the AI assistant runs on an external service: [provider name and country: to be set by the owner]. Otherwise your messages are processed on the website's server only to compose the reply, and are not stored there.
- The hosting provider that runs the website's servers: [provider name and country: to be set by the owner].
Storage in your browser
The site keeps some data in your browser under names that start with “advanced:”. It stays on your device, and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time:
- The progress of the request form and what you typed in it, in session storage, which your browser normally clears when you close the tab. The site also ignores and erases it six hours after it was last changed.
- Your conversation with the AI assistant, and a flag that stops its reminder from repeating, also in session storage.
- The temperature unit you choose (Celsius or Fahrenheit), in local storage until you clear it.
Server logs
When you send a trip request, the website's server logs one technical line with the reference number, language, trip type, route, dates, number of travellers and cabin, plus a masked phone number that shows only its start and last two digits. It does not log your name or e-mail.
Your device's IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to limit the number of requests and messages and to prevent abuse. It is not stored in any database.
Like any website, the hosting server may log the IP address, the time of the visit and the page requested, for operation and security: [server log retention period: to be set by the owner].
Weather and exchange-rate data
This data is fetched by the website's servers from Open‑Meteo and ExchangeRate‑API. Your browser does not contact them directly and we send them no personal data. The site never asks for your location.
External links
When you open WhatsApp, our Instagram or Facebook pages, or our address on Google Maps, you move to a service run by someone else, covered by its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
What is saved in your browser stays there as described above.
For requests and messages that reach the reservations team: [Data retention period: to be set by the owner].
Updates to this notice
We update this notice whenever what the site collects, or how it is handled, changes, and publish the new version on this page.
