By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it. When you use it:

• Enter accurate details about yourself, or about the person who asked you to arrange the trip for them.
• Do not use the site or the AI assistant to send spam, misleading or abusive messages, and do not try to disrupt the site or get around its usage limits.

This website lets you:

• Read general information about our services, programmes and destinations.
• Use the “Request a quote” form, which prepares a message with your trip details that opens in WhatsApp for you to send to the reservations team.
• Ask the AI assistant general questions and move to the reservations team on WhatsApp whenever you like.
• Check the weather in Damascus and other capitals, indicative exchange rates, and travel news and articles.

This website takes no payments and never asks for card details.

Payment and ticketing are arranged directly with the reservations team once you approve a quote.

Sending a trip request or a message through the site is not a booking and does not hold a seat or a price.

A quote from the reservations team binds neither side until the team confirms it in writing. Until then, prices, seats and schedules can change with availability at airlines, hotels and other providers.

The programmes on this site are general descriptions; their details, prices and dates are confirmed by the team on WhatsApp.

We help you prepare a visa application or have documents attested, but the decision to grant a visa or accept a document rests with the issuing authority alone, and no one can promise the outcome in advance.

Requirements vary by authority, destination and nationality, and the team confirms them for each request. You remain responsible for the documents you provide and for your passport's validity.

We take care over what we publish, but it is for general information:

• Weather comes from Open‑Meteo and is for information only.
• Exchange rates are indicative reference rates from ExchangeRate‑API. They can differ from the market rate, and the rate applied at booking is confirmed by our team.
• News and articles are correct when published; schedules and requirements can change later, so confirm them with the reservations team before you travel.
• Photos are illustrative and do not necessarily show a specific hotel or trip.

The AI assistant is an automated program that answers from the company information published on this site. It can make mistakes or misread a question.

Its answers are guidance only: not a quote, not a booking confirmation and not legal advice. Prices, availability and requirements are confirmed by the reservations team, and the assistant can hand you over to them on WhatsApp whenever you like.

Do not share sensitive details with the assistant, such as passport or card numbers.

The Advanced name and logo, and this site's text, design, photos and graphics, belong to Advanced Travel & Tourism or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without the company's written permission.

You are welcome to share links to the site's pages and articles.

The site links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and the weather and exchange-rate data providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We work to keep the site available and its information current, but it may be unavailable at times and its information may change without notice.
